How do I place an order?
Ordering at aochuan-tech.com is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout instructions and we’ll process your order right away.


How much is shipping?
AOCHUAN will provide free delivery of retail orders. If you are a wholesaler, or have agent in China so you do not need us to carry out cross-border transportation, please contact us. We will remake the sales contract for you.


When will my order ship?
Retail orders will be shipped within 24 hours. However, due to the logistics transfer between domestic and international, it may take 48 hours or more for you to receive logistics updates. We will contact you in time after receiving the order to ensure that you are informed of the progress of the order.

We will let you quickly get the status of your order through limited mail without being overly disturbed. If you need more information, please feel free to contact us.


How and where do you ship my order?
All products will be shipped from the country of origin China, and will be strictly inspected by AOCHUAN quality team. We will choose the most suitable transportation method according to the delivery location specified by the customer, and we prefer DHL to serve you.


How long will it take me to receive the product?
We are unable to commit to a uniform logistics time for all sales areas. But based on our historical orders, most retail orders will be received within 7 days.


What are my payment options?
Currently, we accept Paypal for online shopping. If this payment methods cannot meet your needs, just let us know. We will try our best to provide you with more convenient payment methods according to your needs.


I am not familiar with the gimbal, is there a service team for consultation?
Of course! We strongly recommend that you read the instructions carefully after receiving the product. We try to explain everything clearly so that every customer can use our products smoothly. But for those who are new to the stabilizer, our customer service team is happy to serve you.

Is your website secure?

Is there a warranty on your products?
We offer a 1-year warranty for every product we sold. If there are any quality problems during the warranty period, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with an exchange or refund service.

Please note that the warranty terms apply only to quality problems that occur under normal conditions of use, human damage (excluding damage caused by logistics) and quality problems under abnormal conditions (high temperature, high humidity, corrosiveness, etc.) are not covered by warranty.


What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase? How do I return it?
We make every effort to select and sell products constructed of the highest-grade materials built by highly skilled people to exacting standards. However, we understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind. We want your experience of shopping at AOCHUAN to be a positive one.

You may return your item(s) within 7 days. If you need a return, please contact us directly for a detailed process. Please note the return shipping cost incurred by non-quality problems is charged with clients.


Do you charge taxes?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. We will try our best to avoid or reduce your additional costs as much as possible by providing necessary information to the customs.
